Robert Jackson Harrington creates sculptural installations from everyday materials. Recent exhibitions in San Francisco include Sound Device at Root Division, Grounded? at Intersection for the Arts and Ways and Means located at 938 Howard Street. Harrington was awarded Outstanding Student Achievement in Contemporary Sculpture in 2005 from the International Sculptural Center. He is currently an MFA candidate at the San Francisco Art Institute in sculpture, where he will receive his degree in May 2008. Forthcoming exhibitions include Decoy at LoBot Gallery and Vernissage at Fort Mason Center both in May 2008 and in San Francisco.
